Frequently asked questions
There’s no such thing as a “dumb question”, never be afraid to send me an email about any question you may have. Below is a list of questions people frequently ask about Breathe Deep and massage therapy in general.
1. WHAT IS INCLUDED IN A FULL BODY MASSAGE?
Each massage is customized to your needs and comfort levels, but a typical full body massage session will include work on your head/scalp, face, neck, shoulders, pectoral muscles, arms, abdominal muscles, back, gluteal muscles, legs, and feet. No work will be done on your genitals.
2. HOW MUCH CLOTHES SHOULD I TAKE OFF?
I always suggest that a client to undress to their comfort levels. Typical, most people chose to keep their underwear bottoms on or be fully naked; You will always be covered by a sheet, also known a drape. Please keep in mind that it is best to expose the areas that you requested to be worked on.
3. DO YOU OFFER DISCOUNTS?
The only discounts I offer is reduced prices for seniors over 55 and military personnel, proof of ID is required.
4. HOW DOES A MOBILE MASSAGE SESSION WORKS?
I will arrive to your home between 10-15 minutes before your scheduled appointment to set up my table. My set up time will not be deducted from your massage session. After discussing your goals for the session, I will leave the area for you to undress and get on the table. After you announce that you are on the table, I will return to start the session.
5. IS DRAPING REQUIRED?
Yes, a full size sheet is required as a drape at all times, a blanket is optional. The only exception is sports attire during an assisted stretch session.
6. I HAVE PETS, WILL YOU STILL BE ABLE TO COME TO MY HOME?
Yes, although I adore animals, I strongly suggest that you keep your pets (e.i dogs and cats) in another room.
7. DO YOU OFFER COUPLE MASSAGES?
I currently do not offer couple massages. I am a solo practicing massage therapist.
